Understand the brand strategy of HER2 portfolio and drive business growth through business innovation.
Principle Roles & Responsibilities / Accountabilities
(Major functions of the position)
• Understand the market dynamics and assist to develop brand strategy and plan for HER2 portfolio to drive business growth.
• Develop and implement business model innovative projects and patient solutions that are in line with HER2 brand strategy.
• Communicate and collaborate effectively with market access departments and other brand relevant departments.
• Maintain good engagement with KOLs, and other target regional key customers.
• Work together with field team, and provide clear direction as well as timely support for them.
• Seamlessly collaborate within the marketing team, advocate continuous improvement and best practice sharing.
Qualification and Experience
Education/Qualifications
• Bachelor degree or above
• Business innovation experience is preferred
Job Required Competencies
• MNC background
• Minimum 3-5 years’ experience of Marketing/Sales, at least 2 years experience of pharmaceutical product management
• Good communication and presentation skills in Chinese and English (oral and writing)
• Strong Project Management capabilities, self-motivated and results-driven
• Strong execution capability, strong cross-functional communication
