Description and Requirements 岗位概述： 我们正在寻找一位具备专业知识和丰富经验的需求分析师，负责理解和挖掘用户需求，将业务需求转化为具体的AI类方案研发需求，并推动方案的开发和优化，确保方案能够满足用户的期望和业务目标。 岗位职责： 1. 负责与业务部门、客户沟通，收集和分析用户需求，撰写需求调研报告和需求规格说明书，确保需求的准确性和完整性。 2. 参与方案规划和设计，根据方案目标和用户需求，提出合理的功能和优化建议。 3. 将复杂的需求转化为清晰、具体的研发类需求文档，包括功能需求、非功能需求、业务流程、交互设计等，为开发团队提供明确的开发指引。 4. 负责与开发团队、测试团队紧密合作，确保方案开发过程中需求的正确理解和实现，及时解决开发过程中出现的需求问题。 5. 跟踪使用情况，收集用户反馈，对需求进行持续优化和改进，提高用户体验和竞争力。 6. 参与制定项目的计划和进度，协助项目经理进行项目管理和风险控制，确保项目按时交付。 7. 对AI技术和市场趋势进行跟踪和研究，为方案的创新和发展提供有价值的建议。 岗位要求： 1. 本科及以上学历，计算机、人工智能、数学、统计学等相关专业优先。 2. 具有3年以上智慧文旅、智慧教育、智慧农业、智慧养老等相关领域（其中1个）需求分析类工作经验。 3. 具备深厚的计算机科学和信息技术基础知识，对AI智能体、大模型领域技术有深入了解，并能设计智能体应用场景，如智能问答、文档处理自动化等。 3. 熟练掌握需求分析方法和技术，具备良好的需求分析和文档撰写能力，能够独立完成需求调研、分析和文档编写工作。 4. 熟悉软件开发流程和项目管理方法，具备一定的项目管理和协调能力，能够有效地推动项目的进展。 5. 具备良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神，能够与不同部门的人员进行有效的沟通和协作，解决项目中遇到的问题。 6. 熟练掌握至少一种原型设计工具，如Axure、Sketch等，能够进行简单的产品原型设计。 7. 具备较强的逻辑思维能力和问题解决能力，能够快速分析和解决复杂的需求问题。 8. 对AI行业充满热情，具备良好的学习能力和创新精神，能够不断学习和掌握新的技术和知识。
