Job Description
1. Internal & External defect cost reduction driver
- Monthly Quality report: IDC EDC and identify abnormal status& perform root cause analysis and follow up.
- Finish quarterly quality indicator report and support HOD to hold quarterly QIM meeting and OPL follow up.
- Drive organization to set up CIP project to reduce IDC & EDC. Follow up status.
- Support organization for problem solving.
- Leading C-coating quality management with C-coating team
- Leading customer complaint and trigger root cause analysis and action implementation
2. ISO 9001 Coordinator
- Organize yearly ISO9001 3rd party certificate audit;
- Responsible for OPL root cause analysis and make corrective action and preventive action
with responsible department and track OPL until close.
3. Internal process audit
- Finish yearly internal process audit according to quality manager’s requirements.
- Follow up OPL, and trigger CIP in case necessary.
4. CIP organizer in QMM department
- Identify CIP points and leading CIP in organization.
5. Other tasks assigned by line manager.
Qualifications1. Minimum 3 years of experience in quality engineering, preferably in custom automation, special machinery, or industrial equipment manufacturing;
2. Proficient in using core quality tools such as APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, and SPC;
3. Skilled in root cause analysis tools like 8D Reports, 5 Whys, and Fishbone Diagrams;
4. Able to lead or participate in continuous improvement and corrective action initiatives;
5. Familiar with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, or equivalent standards;
6. Basic knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and Six Sigma tools.
7. Strong cross-functional communication skills, able to work closely with design, production, procurement, and service teams to resolve quality issues;
8. Able to act as a customer-facing quality contact to manage incoming concerns and feedback.
9. Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work under pressure;
10. Strong team player with a proactive and continuous improvement mindset;
11. Willing to learn new technologies and adapt to changing work environment;
12. Proficiency in English (reading and writing) is required.
