Your role:

This role is mainly to manage the site logistic and administration business to ensure the daily site operation.

Vehicle management

Office Stationery management

Site housekeeping and greening

Canteen & Cafeteria management

Shop floor associates uniform cleaning management

Resolve staff and labor grievances

Employee time card management

Streamed mailroom procedures for daily operations

Reception management

Other that is arranged by direct supervisor

Strictly comply with company EHS safety regulations and master skill of safety work andemergency rescue knowledge

Actively participate in quality culture building and quality related activities

Actively report quality related events and participate in continuous quality improvement activities

Who you are:

Bachelor’s degree and above

5+ year related working experience

Demonstrate good leadership良好的领导力

Strong communication skills; teamwork; Initiative and willing to work under pressure

Fluent English in spoken and written, familiar with office software (Excel, PPT etc.)

Proven experience on plant/office administrative activities
