About the Role
高级经理,租赁及运营管理岗位职责:
参与和管控办公楼租赁的规划并时时跟踪落实情况;作为业主代表,参与关键租户的租约谈判,并就所有租赁代理提交的租赁签约申请进行全面审核;跟进和促进重点客户,特别是政府推荐客户的合作,全程参与合同谈判及租赁签约;根据市场信息,监控第三方代理租赁策略,分析及总结经验,并根据情况提出调整要求;根据项目运营情况,处理项目不同业态之间的运营协调事宜;持续进行既有租户/客户的维护,跟进客户续租的谈判、签约;跟进租户满意度调研情况,提出运营管理优化要求和建议;协助进行租赁预算管理。岗位要求:
大学本科以上学历; 8年以上知名办公项目租赁工作经验;优秀的谈判能力, 数字能力及分析能力;具备五大行或知名商业地产开发商的相关租赁工作经验。Build a career with us as we help our customers and the community live Healthier, Longer, Better Lives.
