About the Role

基于业务场景，采用GenAI的方式构建营销员渠道的全流程内容生态

岗位职责：

负责与业务沟通，深入挖掘业务场景，结合大模型的优势完成解决方案的设计；系统掌握Prompt工程的相关技术，负责创建和管理各种提示，能够基于业务场景完成Prompt的设计、优化和评测工作；负责与业务专家进行沟通，萃取专家经验、指导领域数据梳理，转换为提示工程内容；参与业务大模型技术选型评估、产品方案设计等工作，确保解决方案的质量和性能；参与大模型应用领域相关产品技术方案的研究和创新，各类产品的调研和分析，支持业务的快速迭代和培训赋能；设计AI内容安全机制，包括敏感信息过滤、幻觉抑制、合规审核等功能，保证产品符合行业监管要求。

岗位要求：

本科及以上学历，对NLP技术和大模型技术特点有一定了解，有AI项目工作经验者优先；了解大模型的基础原理、常见应用方式和优化流程；掌握主流提示框架，精通提示调优技巧，要求有原生提示技术、融合rag和agent的提示技术的项目落地经验；能坚持对新提示技术的研究，如Active-Prompt、meta-prompt，并能高效收集和总结优秀的提示案例；具备一定的金融知识，有较强的业务模型分析能力、沟通能力和文档编写能力，能够对复杂问题进行合理的抽象和拆分，同时掌握大模型数据质量提升方法优先；具备项目管理经验，以及缜密的逻辑思维、优秀的语言表达能力、良好的团队合作精神，能够高效地推进项目进度并确保质量。
