Following global server management standards and security policy, implementing server management（ Including on-premises and public cloud server instances and services） policies and processes to ensure efficient, stable, and continuous server operations and maintenance.
遵循全球服务器管理标准及安全规范，执行服务器管理（包括本地及公有云的服务器实例和服务）政策、流程，确保服务器运维的高效、稳定及连续性。

Key Accountabilities主要工作职责

\n\nServer Architecture and Design: Evaluate, plan, and design server architecture to ensure servers meet business requirements and possess high performance and scalability.\n服务器架构和设计：负责评估、规划和设计服务器架构，确保服务器系统满足业务需求并具备高性能和可扩展性。\nServer Deployment and Configuration: Manage the process of server deployment and configuration to ensure correct setup and optimization of server hardware and software environments.\n服务器部署和配置：管理服务器的部署和配置过程，确保服务器硬件和软件环境的正确设置和优化。\nServer Performance Monitoring and Optimization: Implement server performance monitoring and analysis, identify performance bottlenecks, and provide optimization recommendations to ensure efficient server operations.\n服务器性能监控和优化：实施服务器性能监控和分析，识别性能瓶颈并提出优化建议，以保证服务器的高效运行。\nSecurity Management and Vulnerability Patching: Develop and execute server security policies, perform regular security vulnerability scanning and patching to ensure server environment's security and GWSS compliance.\n安全管理和漏洞修补：制定和执行服务器安全策略，定期进行安全漏洞扫描和修补，确保服务器环境的安全性和GWSS合规性。\nTroubleshooting and Fault Recovery: Resolve server faults and issues, conduct timely troubleshooting and recovery to ensure server continuity and stability.\n故障排除和故障恢复：负责解决服务器故障和问题，及时进行故障排查和恢复，确保服务器的连续性和稳定性。\nTechnical Support and Coordination: Provide technical support, coordinate with other teams to ensure smooth server-related operations.\n技术支持和协调：提供技术支持，与其他团队协调工作，确保服务器相关事务的顺利进行\nProject Management and Delivery: Participate in server-related projects, manage project progress and delivery, ensuring timely completion of project tasks.\n项目管理和交付：参与服务器相关项目，管理项目进展和交付，确保按时完成项目任务。\n

\nBachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.\n计算机科学、信息技术或相关领域的本科或以上学历。\nMinimum of 3 years of experience in server management, maintenance, and support.\n至少3年以上的服务器管理、维护和支持经验\nCommunication skills( English), spoken and written(Excellent)\n中英文沟通技能，口语和写作（优秀）\nFamiliarity with server virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V, and ability to manage and configure virtual machines.\n熟悉服务器虚拟化技术，如VMware或Hyper-V，能够进行虚拟机管理和配置。\nBasic knowledge of database management, familiarity with common database systems such as MySQL or SQL Server.\n具备基本的数据库管理知识，熟悉常见的数据库系统如MySQL或SQL Server。\nRelevant certifications such as Microsoft MCSE, Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104), etc., are preferred.\n相关的认证资质如微软MCSE、Azure Administrator Associate（AZ-104）等为佳。\n
