Description and Requirements 岗位职责： • 开展人机交互相关研究，深入理解用户与AI驱动设备之间的交互需求； • 构建并验证新型交互模型与原型，探索自然、高效的人机交互方式； • 结合研究成果优化用户体验，推动创新交互方案在产品中的应用落地； • 与多团队协作，将前沿HCI理念转化为具备实际价值的产品设计方向。 岗位要求： • 硕士及以上学历，人机交互、用户体验、认知科学、计算机或相关专业； • 3年以上HCI相关研究、交互设计或智能产品体验优化经验； • 熟悉AI驱动产品与新兴交互范式，具备交互模型构建与原型开发能力； • 具备系统性思维与用户导向的研究方法，能将研究成果转化为设计建议； • 具备良好的跨团队沟通能力，能在多职能环境中推动创新落地。
