Your role:

Strategic Planning & Market Analysis

Develop and execute comprehensive product marketing strategiesConduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunitiesDefine product positioning and value propositions for target segmentsMonitor market trends and provide strategic recommendations


Cross-Functional Leadership

Collaborate with sales, medical affairs, regulatory, and commercial teamsManage product lifecycle from development through commercializationCoordinate with global teams and local stakeholders


Commercial Excellence

Drive revenue growth and market share expansionCreate sales tools, training materials, and promotional contentSupport sales team with technical expertise and market insights


Project Management

Initiate and manage multiple projects simultaneouslyEnsure timely delivery of milestones and objectivesCoordinate resources and stakeholder communicationsTrack project performance and provide regular updates

 

Who You Are:

Experienced Sales Professional: Minimum 4+ years of sales experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare industryProject Leadership: Demonstrated ability in project initiation, planning, and execution from concept to completionCommunication skill: Strong English reading and writing proficiency with excellent communication skillsStrategic Thinker: Ability to translate market insights into actionable business strategies
