About the Role

岗位名称：高级专员，反欺诈管理岗

批筹后：参与廊坊中支（筹）相关筹建工作。

开业后：

承接总部反渗透、反欺诈管理策略，统筹管理分公司反渗透与反欺诈工作，收集分公司所辖范围内的反欺诈信息及案例，撰写相关分析报告，提出改进建议向营销员及客户解释说明理赔专业结论，处理理赔纠纷协谈，通融理赔的跟进指导渠道/客户照会理赔问题件处理，提供专业咨询和疑难解答（营服/客服柜台处理咨询）在总部督导下协助理赔案件调查处理、理赔诉讼支持  ，提供反欺诈/理赔专业培训

任职要求

本科以上学历三年以上相关工作经验具有团队合作精神，责任心强，工作积极主动，性格开朗，为人随和良好的沟通能力，清晰的文字及语言表达能力具有较强的写作能力具有创新思维，不断提出新服务举措较强的心理素质及自我心理调节能力，抗压能力强
