推动团险非代理人渠道业务,确保业绩达标 30%
设计和实施团险非代理人渠道的销售规划及具体销售方案, 评估销售结果等 20%
开发和管理团险销售渠道 20%
协助重点合作中介公司及直销大客户的成交及关系维护 20%
其他领导安排的工作 10%
岗位要求:
Education & Training
大学本科或以上学历
Relevant Experience
2年以上相关工作经验
Skills/Specific Business Knowledge
熟练使用MS-Office软件;大学英语四级具备金融保险/市场/销售/人力资源/教育等工作经验Competencies
具备市场营销经验,尤其在团体保险领域有实践经验客户导向,具备极强的沟通能力快速解决问题及决策能力Personality
具有较强的责任心和工作主动性及团队合作精神及客户服务意识
