About the Role

高级专员，产服与绩优推动岗

岗位职责：

1、产服综合推动

承接总部营销员渠道产服综合推动及专业赋能，开展分公司产服综合推动，策划推动新产品上市的业务增量，统筹区部和机构的产品培训、推动计划。结合分公司实际业务需求，对销售数据及客户数据做详细分析及测算报告，并提供基于公司战略的产服推动策略建议或调整计划，规划策略产品结构及推动计划。                                                                             配合产服推动策略，开发产服助销工具和产服专题、深化培训的推进。及时收集同业及前线的产品反馈，通过提供营销见解和建议, 参与新产品设计，识别产品主张和独特的卖点。

2、ECM活动及老客户业务推动。

3、绩优分层赋能及销售支持：绩优人力的分层赋能，为绩优高手提供赋能训练及销售支持，同时结合总分绩优推动、高净值策略及资源，推进业务发展。

4、合规相关工作：统筹全省产品推动相关的合规工作，对产品配套的销售工具的合规，要做到清楚了解并贯彻执行。

5、主管安排的其他工作。

基本要求：

1、本科或以上学历。

2、5年以上工作经验, 在金融机构从事培训、产品推动岗位者优先。

3、具有出色的沟通及表达能力，有培训开发及讲授等相关经验。

4、有数据分析能力，准确敏锐。

5、积极乐观，抗压能力强，具有较强的学习能力。

6、熟练应用MS office，擅长Excel和PPT，良好的沟通表达能力。
