The Position

您是谁:

通过CSO项目管理,资源整合,助力区域业务目标达成。

您的机会:

1、项目管理:基于区域下沉项目整体策略,与市场部、MCE、销售团队部门协作,整合资源,推动项目在区域的落地,实现区域业务目标达成

a)区域业务分析:根据项目计划,分析区域医院业务数据,了解区域下沉市场医院及客户状况,制定工作计划,推进计划实施,跟踪和评估结果

b)项目平台搭建及执行:针对下沉项目整体业务目标,统筹优化总部及区域资源,搭建项目活动平台,定期回顾和更新项目进展,总结项目成果。 为全国品牌创新项目在区域的执行提供必要的协助和建议

2、经销商协作:对区域项目经销商保持密切协作,定期进行协作回顾,确保区域业务达成

a)项目执行评估:根据区域业务目标,分析评估意向协作经销项目执行能力,参与同经销商项目负责人沟通、谈判、签订协议等相关流程

b)区域业务达成:与大区生态圈负责人共同讨论区域业务策略,执行地区的业务计划,及时根据环境和政策变化共同调整经销商业务达成及准入等相关策略

c)日常培训:对协作经销商进行定期培训,确保经销商能够准确传递关键信息,确保区域业务专业性与合规性,最终提高患者获益
