Job Description- Sales controlling on sales planning, target, AR, conditions
- Track sales progress monthly
- Channel sales data monitoring incl. sell-in, sell-out, outlet development
- Channel weighted distribution and customer CAP management
- Support digitalization of sales management platform.
- Bachelor degree or above, major in Business Administration, Marketing domain
- At least 3 years working experience in sales and marketing
- Excellent in Microsoft office (excel, powerpoints, power-bi)
- Excellent English language skills (reading, writing and speaking)
- Communicate proactively and effectively at all levels, both externally and internally
- Result driven mind-set.
