Plan and organize sales activities for the team, provide a solid sales platform for the assigned account managers and channel managers, and achieve the team’s business performance targets set by the company. 2. Guide and coach the assigned team, develop and implement training plans for account managers, channel managers, and relevant personnel from partner channels. 3. Be responsible for the daily operations of the assigned bank channels, including effective communication with bank leaders at all levels to maintain strong cooperative relationships. 4. Collect and report intelligence on partner channel products, costs, business promotion policies, etc., and develop the team’s sales strategies based on market changes and the company’s business plans. 5. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors. **Required Qualifications:** Knowledge/Skills/Education: 1. College degree or above, preferably in finance, marketing, or economics. Candidates with relevant experience may have relaxed educational requirements. 2. Strong verbal communication and coordination skills. 3. Excellent observation, analytical, and problem-solving abilities. 4. Hardworking, capable of handling high-pressure work environments, and delivering outstanding performance. 5. High political awareness and moral integrity, with a strong sense of ethics and alignment with company values. 6. Conduct in compliance with national laws, company code of conduct, ethical standards, and compliance regulations. 7. Minimum of 6 years of work experience, including at least 4 years in bancassurance (or insurance) sales management.
