Position Responsibilities:
1. Communicate with partner banks to identify training needs, develop standardized courses, and conduct training sessions.
2. Develop training courses for the bancassurance system.
3. Regularly organize training sessions for internal sales staff to enhance their sales capabilities.
4. Responsible for organizing daily morning and evening meetings.
5. Plan and implement product marketing initiatives and related training.
6. Oversee the recruitment, training, and records management of junior newcomers.
7. Assist senior management in product planning, packaging, and the operation/management of digital platforms.
8. Complete other tasks assigned by the headquarters' bancassurance department.
9. Fulfill additional duties assigned by the head of the diversified channels.
Required Qualifications:
Knowledge/Skills/Education:
1. Education: Full-time bachelor's degree or above, with at least 3 years of training experience in the insurance or related industries.
2. Banking training experience is highly preferred.
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
4. Strong teaching and course material development skills.
5. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Must be responsible, detail-oriented, efficient, positive, eager to learn, and highly engaged with strong presentation abilities.
6. Basic English reading and writing proficiency.
