岗位职责 / Job Responsibilities：

负责消费IOT产品采购工作：

1，负责管理消费IOT产品供应商资源池，负责新供应商寻源和供应商管理；

2，主导具体产品采购需求的RFQ工作，根据各品类特点，评估合作模式并进行商务谈判；

3，负责产品成本谈判，保障产品成本竞争力；

4，负责供应商的绩效考核，主导QBR并推进供应商待改善项落地；

5，负责采购合同起草和签署； 

6，完成领导安排的其他工作。

岗位要求 / Job Requirements：

1，本科及以上学历， 8年以上智能硬件相关行业采购工作经验，对电子元器件、塑胶及金属结构件熟悉者优先；

2，具备完善的成本管控方法论和实践经验，具备成本分析能力，熟悉市场最新动态；

3，良好的沟通协调能力，能迅速适应环境，推动跨部门沟通并达成共识；

4，有较强的谈判能力，独立完成与供应商的商务谈判工作；

5，具有创业精神，积极进取，责任心强，较好的抗压能力。
