岗位描述：

操作员在湖东运营部负责日常生产工作，产品面向国内及国际市场销售。该岗位的核心职责是按照标准操作规程（SOP）准确称量并配制无菌药剂，供后续工序灌装至卡氏瓶中。为保障核心职责的顺利完成，工作内容还涵盖配液所需部件和设备的清洗与灭菌、辅料与消毒剂的配制，以及洁净区环境的日常维护。

主要职能：

遵守注射剂工厂的安全政策和程序，营造一个安全的工作环境确保执行操作前完成过相应培训确保遵循其所有流程说明（即SOP，批记录，分析方法）确保始终遵循良好的文件记录习惯确保将任何可能危害环境，安全或质量的问题上报给主管或流程团队的任何成员确保向一线主管提供有关设备或工艺步骤，车间活动（例如维护，固定资产项目，采样，工作许可证等）以及实现一线生产计划的进度的信息确保实时并连续地收集，维护和监控过程，并提出问题使一线主管注意将可能影响一线员工遵守书面规程能力的任何差距上报主管遵守HSE各项管理流程，履行安全生产职责要求

基本要求：

必须通过公司职业体检注重细节对制造环境中的质量体系有深入的了解接受翻班加班（如业务需求，包括夜班）能够佩戴安全设备（安全眼镜，安全鞋，防护手套，呼吸器等）

其他要求：

了解药品生产质量管理规范具有无菌环境操作经验的优先专科毕业文凭或等同经验
