岗位职责 / Job Responsibilities：

1.完善销售数据体系，构建并优化业务管理模型，以数据驱动业务决策；

2.对内外部数据进行整合分析，捕捉数据规律，输出分析结论，推动业务达成目标；

3.监控业务指标，分析与诊断问题，指定解决方案，辅助推动销售指标达成；

4.跨部门协作，参与协调与沟通，对重点项目提供支持；

5.完成各项销售支持工作，包括但不限于：商机跟踪，文书策划，审批流程跟进管理等。

岗位要求 / Job Requirements：

1.毕业时间为2024年9月至2025年8月的海内外应届毕业生；

2.有责任感及自我驱动意识，诚信，正直，心态积极；

3.具备良好的数据敏感度与分析能力；

4.具备良好的协调能力，团队合作精神与执行力；

5.熟练使用office办公软件，如Excel、PPT等。
