Job Description Summary本役職は、テクニカルサポート U/S Grに属します。この役割は、リモート（オンサイトも適宜実施）サポートを通じて超音波製品をお使いのお客様に対してテクニカル面から満足と信頼を得る責任があります。主にお客様からの修理・サポート依頼を的確に判断し不具合の内容に沿って装置のどの交換部品を使用するか判断できるテクニカル知識と要望に沿って操作説明できる装置知識の両方のスキルが必要となります。
テクニカルサポートメンバは、フィールドサービスエンジニアのアプリケーションスキルを向上させる責任もあります。主な役割は職務内容のとおりです。

＜職務内容＞

リモート（適宜オンサイト）を通じたテクニカルサポートを提供します。超音波診断装置の修理・サポート依頼内容を的確に判断し不具合の内容に沿って装置のどの交換部品を使用するか判断しGame Planを作成します。もしくは、お客様の要望に沿って装置の操作説明を行います。InSiteを含む最新ツールを積極的に活用し、お客様および業務の効率化を図ります。カイゼン・Lean活動を推進し、Remote Fix Ratio、Game Plan Quality向上やDM/DL reductionなど業務の効率化も図ります。部門を超えたチームと協力して、顧客の声に基づいて顧客に付加価値を提供します。基本的な超音波テクニカルサービススキルの維持向上のため、トレーニングとOJTを通じてリモートおよびオンサイトを通じてフィールドサービスエンジニアをサポートします。
