Description and Requirements 岗位职责/Job Responsibilities：1.知识管理战略制定: 负责制定并优化知识管理战略，确保其与企业的数字化转型目标和整体战略高度一致。2.战略推进与落地: 主导知识管理战略的实施，协调跨部门资源，推动知识管理项目的规划、执行和落地。3.效果监控与优化: 建立知识管理效果评估体系，定期监控知识管理系统的运行效果，分析数据并提出改进方案。4.AI技术平台引进与优化: 负责评估、引进和优化AI驱动的知识管理平台，提升知识的采集、存储、分析和共享效率。5.业务架构与流程整合: 深入理解业务架构和流程管理，制定流程管理框架与治理体系，推动流程文档的交付， 提升数字化转型团队业务设计效率。6.团队协作与培训: 与各部门紧密合作，提供知识管理相关的培训和指导，提升数字化转型团队全员知识管理意识和能力。

岗位要求/Job Requirements:

1.工作经验: 至少10年以上流程管理和知识管理相关工作经验，具备知识管理实践经验。

2.技术能力: 熟悉AI技术及其在知识管理中的应用，具备知识管理系统的设计、引进和优化经验。

3.业务理解: 对业务架构、流程管理和数字化转型有深刻理解，能够将知识管理与业务需求紧密结合。

4.项目管理: 具备出色的项目管理能力，能够同时管理多个复杂项目并确保按时交付。

5.沟通协调: 优秀的跨部门沟通和协调能力，能够推动高层决策并协调多方资源。
