Your role:
Sample analysis and maintain equipment related to ICP-MS, IC, GC
Perform the incoming/process & final product analysis based on the procedure
Input analytical data for validation & approval in LIMS
Additional information/functions:
Engaged in performing chemical and physical tests required for quality control of plant processes and products.
Special test procedures to analyze components and troubleshoot online analytical equipment
Consults with laboratory personnel to determine equipment purchase priorities based on budget allowances, condition of existing equipment and scheduled laboratory activities
Implements and analyzes Long Term Stability and Calibration program for all analytical systems.
Work with the Customer to understand plant Analytical requirements.
Confers with Analytical Techicians to conduct analyses, interpret test results, or developnonstandard tests.
Lead the Analytical Support daily workflow process for troubleshooting issues and clearingproduct from the Quality Management space.
Disposition non-conforming plant product.
Trend and investigate via Statical Process Control charts any analytical discrepancies.
Develops and implements Analytical Plant policies and procedures.
Conduct research as needed to assist developing custom products and investigate complaints onexisting products
Who you are:
Must be capable of carrying out team and self-directed research projects.
Must be knowledge of chemical analyses and processes
Good computer skills required (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Must be able to work in a team environment with good communication skills
Must have initiative and be self-motivated
Good organization skills
