Your Key Responsibilities Ensure the application of quality guidelines, day-to-day operational quality, and ensure customer service and satisfaction.Implement plant, manufacturing unit, segment or warehouse related quality standards and ensure effectiveness.Act as first escalation instance to decide on local or workplace-related quality issues in cooperation with local management.Support and accompany internal and external quality audits and initiate improvement measures to react on deficiencies stated.Oversee operational quality control activities and inspection measures, both inbound and/or outbound (if applicable).Initiate, control and verify lessons learned and preventive actions in area of responsibility.Your Qualifications Graduate Degree in Engineering, Business Administration10 to 15 years
