マイクロンテクノロジーの調達プログラムマネージャーとして、リーダーシップチームと連携し、コミュニケーションや変更管理を含むプロジェクトおよびプログラムの管理を担当していただきます。調達プログラムマネージャーは、複数の複雑なプロジェクトで構成されるプログラムの管理において、リソース配分のバランスを確保しながら、特定のビジネス目標と目的を達成するための指示とガイダンスを提供します。プログラムとプロジェクトを正確に設計し、成果と成果を予測することは、成功に不可欠です。根本原因分析、投資回収評価、リスク、リソース消費、相互依存性、ギャップの観点から、プログラムとプロジェクトの進捗状況を分析します。

調達プログラムマネージャーは、プログラムに関連する特定のプロジェクトのプロジェクトマネージャーを兼任することもあります。プロジェクトにはAI関連プログラムが含まれる場合があり、プログラムマネージャーはAIを活用した製品とサービスのビジョンとロードマップを定義し、AI/MLロードマップを定義・実装し、それを全体的なビジネス目標と整合させ、AIプロジェクト/ユースケースをアイデア創出から導入まで主導する必要があります。

調達プログラムマネージャーは、監査（社内・社外）にも参加・支援し、監査の準備の調整を支援する責任を負います。

責任とタスク

プロジェクトの開始と計画（プロジェクトにはAIプロジェクトが含まれる場合があります）：スポンサーおよびステークホルダーと協力し、ビジネス目標を支援するスコープ、目標、成果物を定義する。プロジェクト計画書および関連するコミュニケーション文書を作成する。プロジェクト目標達成に必要なリソースと参加者を見積もる適切なデータソースを使用して指標を定義するプロジェクトのタイムラインとマイルストーンを計画し、スケジュールするプロジェクトの成功基準を定義し、プロジェクトのライフサイクル全体を通じて関係者に周知する。プロジェクトチームからのステータスレポートの頻度と内容を決定する。

プロジェクトの実行、監視／管理、および終了

プロジェクトのステークホルダーおよびスポンサーと継続的に連携する。プロジェクトの依存関係を特定・管理し、プロジェクトのマイルストーンと成果物を追跡する。プロジェクトスコープの変更を管理し、伝達する。プロジェクトを持続モードに移行させるか、プロジェクトを終了する。

プロジェクトチームの管理

プロジェクトチーム内の問題や対立を特定し、解決する。チームメンバーおよびステークホルダーにプロジェクトの期待を伝える。プロジェクトチームメンバーを指導、指導、動機付けし、進捗状況とプロジェクトメンバーの貢献を評価する。

プロジェクト管理プロセスの改善

現場監査への参加と、調達に関する現場コンプライアンスの管理が求められます。

QMS/業務プロセスが効果的かつ要件に準拠していることを保証する。プロセスが意図した成果を上げていることを保証する。QMS/業務プロセスのパフォーマンスと改善の機会を経営陣に報告する。組織全体における社内外の顧客重視の推進を保証する。変更の計画および実施時に、QMS/業務プロセスの整合性を維持する。顧客要件の充足を確保する

サイトプロセススチュワード／キーアシスタントとして、以下の責任を負います。

サイトおよびシステムレベルプロセスチーム間のビジネスプロセスレビューおよび改善に関する議論に積極的に参加するサイトプロセスレビューを実施する（非製造プロセスは四半期ごと、製造プロセスは月ごと）。標準手法の導入および標準ツールのサイトへの導入を担当する。プロセス監査の実施と標準への準拠の実証に責任を負う。双方向のプロセスコミュニケーション（コーポレートグループおよびローカルサイト）の連絡窓口となる。必要に応じて、関連する運営委員会およびビジネスアライメントチーム（BAT）と連携して業務を行う。システムレベルプロセスで必要な場合、サイト固有のプロセス成果物を開発および維持する。プロセスパフォーマンスをサイト管理者に報告する。必要に応じて、ビジネスプロセスマネジメントセンターオブエクセレンス（BPMCOE）に参加する。実行者の作業補助として、ローカルの手順、ワークフロー、チェックリストを維持する。サイトのリーダーと定期的にレビューを実施する。

資格

経営管理学、サプライチェーンマネジメント、または関連分野の学士号。調達・ソーシング／サプライチェーン／サプライヤーマネジメント／製品コンプライアンス業務（製造、品質保証、マーケティングなど）における2～5年の経験Microsoftアプリケーションに精通し、優れたコンピュータスキルを有すること優れた日本語と英語のコミュニケーション能力と優れた対人スキルを有すること複数の拠点にまたがる社内外の様々な組織から構成されるクロスファンクショナルチームを編成、管理、指導、育成できること困難で要求の厳しい状況においてサードパーティサプライヤーと連携し、上級管理職にプレゼンテーションを行った経験があること分析力とデータドリブンな思考力があることソフトウェアシステムとデータベース構造に関する実務知識があること人工知能（AI）プロジェクトの推進経験があれば尚可プログラミング言語（SQL、Python）またはビジネスインテリジェンススキルセット（Tableau、Power BIなど）の経験があれば尚可認定／資格のある監査人であれば尚可

As a Procurement Program Manager at Micron Technology, you will be responsible for working with the leadership team to manage projects and programs including communication and change management. The Procurement Program Manager will provide direction and guidance for managing programs consisting of multiple complex projects to achieve specific business goals and objectives while ensuring balance in allocation of resources. Accurate design and tracking of programs and projects to predict results and outcomes is critical to success. Analysis of program and project progress in terms of root cause analysis, pay-back assessment, risk, resources consumption, interdependencies and gaps.

The Procurement Program Manager will and can be a Project Manager on specific projects that are associated to the Program. Projects may involve AI-related programs, where the program manager will have to define the vision and roadmap for AI-powered products and services, define and implement the AI/ML roadmap, aligning it with overall business goals and objectives and lead the AI projects/use cases from ideation to deployment.

The Procurement Program Manager will also participate and support audits (both internal/external), he or she is responsible to help coordinate preparation for such audits.

Responsibilities and Tasks

Initiate and Plan Projects (Projects may include AI projects):

Define scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with sponsors and stakeholdersDevelop project plans and associated communications documentsEstimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goalsDefine metrics using appropriate data sourcesPlan and schedule project timelines and milestonesDefine project success criteria and disseminate them to involved parties throughout project life cycleDetermine the frequency and content of status reports from the project team

Execute, Monitor/Control, and Close Projects

Liaise with project stakeholders & sponsors on an ongoing basisIdentify and manage project dependencies, track project milestones and deliverablesManage and communicate changes to project scopeFacilitate projects to sustaining mode or close out projects

Manage Project Team(s)

Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project teamCommunicate project expectations to team members and stakeholdersCoach, mentor, motivate project team members, provide recognition for progress and project member contributions

Improve Project Management Processes

Provide Business and Data Analysis Support

Research and analyze data, create and manage Procurement data, and work with Data Analytics team to establish dashboards for reporting

As a Site Process Steward/Key Assistant with the responsibilities:

Is an active member in business process review and improvement discussions among the site and the System Level Process team.Hold site process review (quarterly for non-manufacturing processes and monthly for manufacturing processes.)Responsible for introducing standard methods and deploying standard tools to his site.Accountable for organizing process audits and demonstrating compliance to standards.Act as the point of contact for bi-directional process communication (corporate groups and local site).Work in alignment with related steering committees and Business Alignment Teams (BATs) where applicable.Develop and maintain site specific process artifacts (when required by System Level Process).Report process performance to site management.Participate in the Business Process Management Center of Excellence (BPMCOE) when/if applicable.Maintain local procedure, workflow, checklists as job aids for the performers.Conduct regular reviews with site leadership.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration/Management, Supply Chain Management or any related field of study;2-5 years of experience in Procurement Sourcing/Supply Chain/Supplier Management/Product Compliance activities (Manufacturing, QA, Marketing, etc.)Proficient in Microsoft applications, along with excellent computer skillsGood communicator in Japanese & English, strong interpersonal skillsAble to assemble, manage, mentor, and grow cross-functional teams from various internal and external organizations across multiple sitesExperienced with working with third party suppliers in difficult and demanding situations, presenting to higher managementAnalytical and data-driven mindsetWorking knowledge of software systems and database structures.Experience in driving Artificial Intelligence (AI) projects will be an added advantageExperience in programming languages (SQL, Python) or Business Intelligence skillsets (such as Tableau, Power BI) will be an added advantageCertified/qualified auditor will be an added advantage
