職務目的:
本職務では、印刷、文書管理、オフィス用品、マーケティングサービス、HR関連、施設管理などに関わる支出データの収集、分析を通じ会社全体の経費構造を理解し、費用削減機会を特定、最適化を推進する役割を担う。
ビジネスや意思決定に役立つ情報の提供と、特定した機会に基づく具体的な目標計画を策定しその達成を目指す。
主な職責:
+ 支出関連データ収集・分析
+ 社内ニーズの正確な把握と改善領域の特定および改善策の提案
+ 市場動向分析と最適な調達戦略の立案
+ 費用削減を達成するための具体的な計画の策定および実行
+ 社内各部門との連携、強固なパートナーシップの構築
+ 主要サプライヤーとの関係構築・維持、長期的なパートナーシップの促進
