岗位概述：

根据服务主管安排路线对电梯设备进行辅助维护保养和配合同组服务维保技师开展保养工作，达到公司安全和质量要求，提升客户满意度。

岗位职责：

1.完成公司要求的新员工培训，T证培训，技能培训等所有该岗位的培训要求

2.学习、理解并遵守公司的环境、健康与安全的规则和程序以及当地的安全政策和法规。上报所有的事故（伤害、疾病，险兆以及环境事故等）、危险状况以及紧急事件。在工作之前进行工作危险分析，并采取相应的预防措施来保护自身的安全。参加环境、健康与安全的培训活动，并对自己的安全负责。

3.根据服务主管安排路线协助同组服务技师完成电梯设备的配合保养工作；

4.依时并按照要求填写完成保养报告；

5. 协助服务主管完成维保工地的收款工作；

6.负责与客户进行沟通，及时解决问题；

7.协助安全、质量部门完成电梯检查；

8. 协助完成修理订单的签署，合同/订单传递及存档等

9.遵守卓越服务的政策和程序，履行卓越服务的客户承诺，制定卓越服务计划并实施，实现卓越服务目标。

10. 遵守并执行商业道德制度。

资质要求:

工作经验： 有电梯、电子技术相关工作经验者优先 语言能力： 普通话流利 计算机水平： 基础知识 其它主要资质：入职或入职2月内必须持有《中华人民共和国特种设备操作人员证》
