Your Key Responsibilities 支持新产品/新产线的导入落地，参加产品各阶段的技术评审，完成相应阶段的工艺评审，负责新项目工装/设备的技术要求编制、与供应商技术交流及跟进； 对产品图纸进行工艺分析，编制标准化作业文件, 如PFEMA, WI等； 指导新产品导入试制，主导生产线导入设计、工艺设定、负责对装配设备的验收工作，组织对设备的操作规程进行制定和完善； 识别改善机会，对现场工艺、设备进行持续改善，提高生产效率及质量； 及时处理产品制程中的工艺问题，协助其它异常问题处理, 系统性分析解决频发问题，支持生产目标的达成； 完成领导安排的其它任务。 Your Qualifications 全日制本科及以上学历，机械自动化/机械电子/机电一体化相关专业； 5年以上汽车装配工艺经验，有自动化设备导入方面相关经验优先考虑； 熟悉机械结构原理和电气控制原理； 能够独立完成Flow chart、PFEMA等的编制； 熟练使用相关软件，如SAP、CAD/Pro-E等; 具有较强的责任感、逻辑思维能力和沟通协调能力。
