You Role:
Overall Objectives of the Position:
Leading plant manufacturing design, development, and implementation of automation systems that optimize operational efficiency, enhance productivity, and drive innovation across manufacturing and warehouse to Wuxi siteDefine long-term automation roadmaps aligned with organizations KPIs.Possess deep expertise in integrating advance technologies into scalable automation frameworks to achieve smart manufacturing
Main Tasks:
Architect end to end automation solutions, including Siemens, Allen-Bradley PLCs and Rockwell Software products, SCADA systems, robotic process automation and AI-driven predictive maintenance platforms.Managing internal stakeholders to address operational issues related to process automation applications. Focus on providing long-term support for existing facilities with respect to the automation and control systems for process, warehouse, utility and building systems.Develop and deploy advanced control systems (DCS,HMI,MES) for complex manufacturing or logistics workflows.Program and troubleshoot PLCs(Siemens, Allen-Bradley), robotic arms and vision systems.Integrate IT/OT enable real-time data analytics and decision making.Create detailed technical specifications SOPs, and validation protocols(IQ/OQ/PQ).Identify bottlenecks in production lines and design automation-driven solutions to improve throughput, quality and OEE.Generate, execute, and review design testing, generate and participate in functional specification testing, and perform field inspection servicesReview and approve vendor information packages, including drawing and specifications as directed to ensure validation and automation system requirements are met.Lead continuous improvement initiatives using lean Six Sigma or Agile methodologies.
Who you are:
Education and Qualification Required :
Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree in Mechanical, automation & Electronic Science or related major.At least 8 years automation design/project and/or warehouse process flow in the GMP environment, biotech, pharma, etc.Warehouse automation that has similar project application experience like pallet lifter, AGV, shelf conveyor, VNA.Automation boxing that have similar project application experience like carton unpacking, carton sealing (H type), weighing, labeling, robot stacking, pallet code track system.Validation and document capability, experienced in FAT, SAT, IQ, OQ, PQ execution. CSV experience (WCS/WMS connect to SAP) is plus.Strong experience working with PLC and programming languageEnglish can read, write and speak fluently.Work independently and under tight time constraintsHave an innovation mindset, be excited about trying new technologies.
