职位目的

本岗位负责工厂的自动化设备的机械设计开发与改造、工装治具的设计优化、技术员的技术培训和工作安排指导，以提高生产效率、提升产品质量、降低生产成本，确保设备稳定运行，满足公司生产运营需求，推动公司自动化水平提升。

主要职责

设备设计开发：

根据生产需求与工艺要求，进行自动化设备的概念设计、方案制定及机械结构设计； 运用设计软件进行 2D、3D 图纸绘制，输出准确的设计图纸和技术文档； 负责设备的装配、调试与测试，确保设备性能达到设计指标。

设备改造：

对现有自动化生产设备进行评估，分析设备运行状况与存在问题； 制定设备改造方案，完成机械结构优化设计，提高设备稳定性、可靠性和生产效率； 负责改造项目的实施，协调相关部门完成设备改造后的安装、调试与验收工作。

工装治具设计开发：

依据产品特生产工艺，设计各类工装治具，如焊接夹具、装配治具等； 优化工装治具的结构和性能，提高工装治具的通用性、易用性和耐用性；

人员技术培训与安全培训技术改造与创新研讨

职位要求

教育背景：机械设计制造及其自动化、机电一体化等相关专业，本科及以上学历。工作经验：10年以上自动化机械设计工作经验。掌握机械原理、机械设计、公差配合、材料力学等专业知识；熟悉自动化设备常用零部件的选型与应用 ，了解电机、传感器、气动元件等控制元件的原理和应用。具有较强的问题分析能力与实际动手能力。有磁材行业设备设计开发经验优先。

必要的技能和培训

精通使用机械设计软件（如SolidWorks、AutoCAD等）；了解IATF16949, ISO14001和ISO9001的要求；有独立完成大中型自动化设备设计开发的能力和经验；人员管理与沟通协调能力

On May 22, 2024, we announced a plan to separate our Electronics and Water businesses in a tax-free manner to its shareholders. On January 15, 2025, we announced that we are targeting November 1, 2025, for the completion of the intended separation of the Electronics business (the “Intended Electronics Separation”)*.
