职位描述:

- 员工福利保险数据的处理和分析,包括数据清理、人员特征分析、赔付率核算、疾病特征分析、寻找异常数据、递延预测等。

- 员工福利保险询价函及询价报告制作,包括保险计划定义、服务与条款描述等,及对报价模型进行分析比较。

- 员工弹性福利系统平台配置文件的准备,包括需求校对、提示图文设计、关联逻辑构思等。

- 员工弹性福利分析报告制作,如商城消费分析、用户注册偏好分析等。

- 员工福利、医疗和保险相关资料翻译,如员工手册、 宣讲会材料、沟通邮件、协议等 。

- 行业信息收集,包括人力资源、保险、政府社会保障政策等相关资料的整理。

- 其他支持性工作。

应聘要求

1. 本科或硕士在读(大三及以上),2026年毕业并留在国内就业。

2. 经管类如保险、精算、健康管理、人力资源管理等相关专业优先考虑。

3. 熟练操作微软办公套件,特别是Excel,能熟练使用函数(如vlookup)、数据透视表。

4. 英语水平好,能够使用全英文系统工作,并得体书写、翻译工作相关文件。

5. 暑假期间7-8月每天到岗实习,9-10月每周至少3天到岗实习。

6. 对人力资源和保险金融服务领域有兴趣。

7. 良好的交流合作能力、时间管理能力及严谨的工作态度,耐心、细心。

8. 2025年6月中下旬能入职。
