人事総務知識、経験がありマネージャークラスを経験されてきた方。
（ホテルでの人事経験がある方は尚可）
コミュニケーション能力と実行力のあるチームワーカー。
ビジネス英語のスキル。
柔軟に対応でき、リーダーシップを発揮できる方。

Manager level experience with HR administration knowledge and experience.
(HR experience in a hotel is a plus).
Team worker with good communication and execution skills.
Business English skills.
Flexibility and leadership skills.
