The General Affairs Professional  is responsible for Facility management, document management for shareholders' meetings and contracts, and budget management for the General Affairs department.

This position reports to the Director, Human Resources & General Affairs   and is part of the General Affairs Team located in Tokyo and will be an on-site role.

【ご担当いただく職務】

（１）ファシリティマネジメント

各拠点のオフィス・施設の管理（契約更新、移転等）オフィス設備および備品の管理（ベンダー管理含）損害保険関連リスク管理（BCP（業務継続計画）対応、EHS（環境、健康、安全）対応）

（２）コーポレート関連

株主総会契約書、重要文書の更新、保管　（一部レビュー含）全社行事キックオフミーティング、インセンティブトリップ等の各種社内イベントの企画・運営来客、来訪者対応予算管理総務部門の予算管理コスト適正化その他、会社運営に必要な総務・庶務業務全般及び他のメンバーのサポート営業車両の維持管理及び交通事故削減社長秘書

【求めるスキル・経験・知識】

大学卒以上（学部不問）PCスキル（Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook）チームを重視した環境の中で、他者との関係を築き、協力して仕事を進めるスキル問題発生時に適切なタイミングで報告・対処してきた経験オフィスマネジメントを含む総務の実務経験

【語学力】

日本語：ネイティブレベル英語：中級レベル以上（海外の担当者とのメール、チャットでのやり取りを、遅延なく行える英語力）

【あれば尚可／歓迎するスキル・経験・知識】

法務に関する業務経験（基本的な契約書のレビュー）

【給与条件】

月給（基本給）：31万2500円～49万3750円

想定年収：500万円～790万円（年間4か月分の固定賞与含む）

業績賞与：50万円～79万円（会社業績/本人業績により支給）
