Basic purpose of the job*
cProvide suitable quality of general affairs service which meets company regulations
and customer needs to all staff in the plant as well as visitors
• Maintain the work environments of the plant that operates efficiently and safely
• Drive BPE (Business Process Excellent) according to the plant mission and policy,
and deliver sustainable improvement.
• Provide opportunity for development and implement career development plan for staff
Accountabilities*
1. Ensure annual group policy and priorities based on the company regulations and plant policy
Collect and analyse information from the latest company regulations and Dept.policy
• Develop a CapEx plan for the next 5 years, identify priorities at the group and cascade down to the groups
• Secure enough resources to provide general affairs service
2. Ensure necessary General affairs services to meet customer needs timely based on company regulations
and national labour laws
• Conduct preparations to support company /plant events including cases as host
• Implement necessary document handling e.g. Sealing of plant signatures (Hanko)
• Provide services which increase internal communications and employees’ satisfaction
• Provide services related to plant facilities such as telephone system, site security and site management
• Provide health check and other general affairs service according to the company regulations and labour law
• Conduct submission of documents required by authorities
3. Ensure cost optimisation at the group
• Identify improvement areas by using BPE initiatives
• Develop targets and set milestones for optimisation
• Monitor the progress and solve identified issues in a timely manner
4. Ensure the administration area of building and land space in good condition
• Implement cleaning service and gardening service on a regular basis
• Implement investment according to CapEx plan
• Manage contract business partners, e.g. canteen service as well as cleaning service properly
5. Manage a sufficient relationship with internal/external stakeholders
• Maintain a good relationship with industrial association and municipal functions
• Manage canteen to meet employees’ expectations
• Conduct proactive communications to build mutual trustiness
6. Ensure EHS at Yamagata plant
• Implement policies and guidelines with regard to working conditions in the Department
• Comply with policies and guidelines
7. Realise Organizational and Talent Development at the Department
• Solve identified issues in the organisation
• Provide development opportunities to members in the organisation
• Maximize motivation of members through coaching
<Education>
Degree / Education Bachelors degree, or equivalent practical experience
Major / Focus Background in any of professions, i.e. business administrations, economy, or the equivalent in experience
