RBHP has a young and passionate team specialized in the development, production and sales of fuel cell system and HD-eAxle, as well as hydrogen tank valve etc.
Job DescriptionRequirement management and clarification with customers for HD eAxle systemRequirement analysis and system architecture/function developmentRequirement and function deployment into system, hardware components & software requirementsLead the cross functional team to meet the customer & market use case requirementsLead the new software function design to improve the HD eAxle reliability, performance and energy consumption.Lead problem solving for internal and customer failuresFollow Bosch development process, complete & maintain system technical documents, e.g. TCD, S-FMEA…Support of system integration, system test and customer vehicle testQualificationsBachelor or above, major in automotive, electronics, mechatronics engineering or relevant educational background3 years related experience of eDirve & Gearbox system engineering / vehicle calibration in NEV areaKnowledge and experience of QM-system, 5 Q-tools (APQP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, PPAP)Strong willingness and communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate across departments both internally and externallyAccountable, positive, trusted; willing to learn and adapting to changing environmentExperience of e-Powertrain or electrical/electronic architectureKnowledge of HV battery, eAxle, E-Maching, power electronic components (e.g. power inverter)Experience in systems engineering requirement management methods and toolsFamiliar with Automotive diagnostics especially in e-Powertrain and high voltage architectureFamiliar with MATLAB/Simulink, INCA and CAN network analysis tools
