岗位职责：

负责细胞与基因治疗相关平台的实验安排与新技术开发项目立项和研发项目方案的准备完成研究报告等相关技术文档的编写工作，为项目提供详实的技术记录和分析协助完成培养基开发相关的实验，优化实验流程，提高实验效率与团队其他成员保持有效沟通，协调资源，确保研发项目的顺利进行完成领导安排的其他工作，包括但不限于项目管理、技术支持等

任职要求：

生物学相关领域硕士学历。至少2年以上实际的细胞培养、研发以及相关的工作经验，有AAV、LV等相关实验经验者优先。掌握分子生物学知识，包括分子设计，质粒表达系统的构建和优化等。有数据科学和生物信息学方面经验者优先。掌握基本的细胞生物学实验技术，包括但不限于细胞培养、标记、细胞转染、流式细胞术、显微镜技术等。具备优秀的英文读写能力，能够进行英文交流，以便于与国际团队合作和查阅国际文献。有较强的创新意识、责任心、敬业精神及工作主观能动性，善于主动学习，能够快速适应新技术和新方法。良好的团队合作精神和沟通能力，能够与不同背景的团队成员有效合作。
