Upstream RD Scientist I (CCM)

In collaboration with UPM R&D teams, you will –

Design, execute and monitor experiments related to cell culture media optimization and upstream process developmentSupport tech transfer of developed projects from/to customer sitesAccountable for completing the assigned task in a timely mannerMaintenance of lab facility, equipment and technical improvementsDocument study results in notebooks, forms, and technical reportsEffective communication of data/results through written documentation and oral presentation

Who you are:

Master’s degree or above in Biological Science, Cell Biology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology3+ years of industrial working experience in upstream process developmentHand-on experience of mammalian cell culture with fed-batch/perfusion processExperience and skills in data science and bioinformaticsStrong learning agilityGood collaborative and communication skillsPrevious experience in optimization using statistical tools (DOE) is preferredGood spoken and written English
