Your Key Responsibilities
在整个项目生命周期中作为内部和外部质量窗口。
Work as the internal and external quality interface within the whole project life cycle.
1) 报价阶段：
In quotation phase:
a) 负责分析客户的质量要求，并将结果输入到报价流程和整个PLC流程中；
Responsible for analyzing customer Quality requirements, and input results into the quote process and through-out the PLC process.
b) 项目质量目标定义，并在项目结束前监控目标完成情况。
Project quality target definition and monitor target fulfillment before project closure.
2) 开发阶段：
In development phase:
a) 制定和维护质量管理计划。
Develop and maintain Quality Management Plan.
b) 在节点和样品交付前进行系统的Q审查，以确保工艺和产品质量，并支持FMEA，功能安全和产品安全的审查。
Perform system level Q review before gateway and sample delivery to ensure both process and product quality，also support the reviews of FMEA, functional safety and product safety.
c) 与软件Q协调并支持错误修复。
Coordinate with software Q and support bug-fix.
d) 定期Q报告并支持PM管理项目风险。
Regular Q report and support PM to manage project risk.
e) 推动解决项目研发阶段的设计、测试、客户投诉等问题并运行8D报告。
Drive problem solving during design, testing, customer complaints, and issue 8D report during project R&D phase.
f) 关键问题的独立上报。
Independent escalation for critical issues.
g) 支持工厂顺利量产。
Support plant safe launch.
h) 协调PPAP（生产零件批准流程）活动并将报告提交给客户批准。
Coordinate PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) activities and submit report to customer for approval.
i) 准备并参与客户审计和访问。
Prepare and participate in customer audits and visits.
3) 在量产阶段
与客户沟通并支持现场退货部件的根本原因分析。
Communicate with customer and support root cause analysis for the return parts from field.
Your Qualifications1) 本科及以上学历，电气或机电一体化工程相关专业。
Bachelor degree or above, major in Electrical or Mechatronics engineering.
2) 5年以上外企汽车项目质量管理经验（电机/变速器/减震箱项目经验优先）。
More than 5 years of experience in a foreign company of automotive project quality management （motor/transmission/shock absorber box project is preferred）.
3) 熟悉IATF16949，ASPICE（内审员或审计师优先）
Familiar with IATF16949, ASPICE (internal auditor or leader auditor preferred).
4) 熟悉汽车核心工具 - APQP/FMEA/MSA/SPC/PPAP
Familiar with Automotive Core Tools - APQP/FMEA/MSA/SPC/PPAP.
5) 具备功能安全和产品安全的基本知识。
Basic knowledge of functional safety and product safety.
6) 良好的沟通和解决问题的能力，团队合作精神和逻辑结构思维
Good communication and problem solving skill, team work sprit and logical & structure thinking.
7) 良好的组织、策划和执行能力
Good organization, planning and execution capability.
8）优秀的英语口语和写作能力
Excellent English in oral and writing.
