Key Responsibilities Development of series test bench technology and measurement strategies for mechatronic products under manufacturing constraints and taking the requirements of product development into account Creating requirement specification sheets for new industrializations Development of functional test and electrical technology at subsystem level  - and system level (EOL function) Release of the series test bench technology with internal and external customers Quality acceptance of series test bench technology for mechatronic products Support and optimization of the series test bench technology Solving the above tasks in close cooperation with the areas of product development, technical testing, technology, prototyping and manufacturing as well as internal and external suppliers Your Qualifications Bachelor degree or above, preferable in engineering or business related More than 3 years industrialization or industrial engineering work experience in mechanical manufacturing factory Experience in working with people with different culture Familiar with product manufacturing process Skills on project management and planning Team spirit, leadership skills, strong communication and collaboration skills Ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously, and able to change project status based on requirements or delays With technical capability is preferred Good spoken and written English-skills
