Your Key Responsibilities 负责与相关部门共同进行质量改进，以降低质量成本和提升客户满意度。 负责处理来自内部和外部的客户投诉，协调根本原因分析和纠正措施，及时提交分析报告。 负责前期质量规划，与团队一起准备 PPAP 文件，确保项目 SOP 顺利进行。 监控新产品和新工艺，如样品生产跟踪、新工艺质量发布； 新产品和新工艺的安全发布； 监控车间质量问题，处理不合格产品和过程偏差，进行根本原因分析和改进；  对质量数据进行统计分析，并采取行动提高产品质量。 负责分层审核、产品审核和流程审核等，并制定产品审核年度计划。 为内部和外部客户审核准备文件并进行协调。 Your Qualifications 理工科专业背景，全日制本科及以上学历 至少5 年以上汽车行业的质量领域工作经验 熟悉机械加工工艺，例如机加工、装配等（熟悉GD&T） 熟练使用质量管理工具，包括五大质量工具（PPAP、APQP、SPC......） 具备较强的抗压能力、逻辑思维清晰、主动性强、沟通能力强，团队合作意识强。 英语听说读写良好。
