（1）协助以英语准备会议资料以及撰写会议记录等文书工作

  (2)   协助文件中英文翻译

（3）协助部门行政活动的组织

（4）部门其他生产准备工作的执行

岗位要求：

（1）在校大学生，本科及以上学历

（2）英语CET6及以上

（3）拥有良好的沟通能力、学习能力、执行能力、抗压能力以及团队合作精神

（4）熟练运用Excel、PPT、Word等办公应用软件
