Job Description:
What are we looking for?
College degree in Electrical / Electronic /Automation or equivalent area
Electrical & automation background
Change control and TRA (Technical risk analysis)
AHC (Asset Health Check)
Project management skill (EWP)
What will be your key responsibilities?
Define and renew/optimize maintenance strategic, PM plan and maintenance task through MSE methodology to make sure there is YOY breakdown and maintenance cost reduction
Establish and maintain/renew Electrical maintenance standards
Establish and renew electrical spare parts list and assisting maintenance manager to control maintenance cost
Lead trouble shooting for major breakdown
Maintain and improve instrument calibration program
Provide technical training to electrical technicians to improve maintenance capability
Lead electrical/automation related improvement project and take SME role in Electrical & automation area in other engineering project
