To find out more visit www.lenovo.com , and read about the latest news via ourStoryHub (https://news.lenovo.com/) . **Description and Requirements** 岗位职责: 1.移动端商业化战略规划:主导制定移动端游戏全生命周期商业化策略,通过内购/广告等多元变现模式实现营收目标,对移动端的游戏营收、GP和ARPU负责 2.搭建资源效能管理体系:构建流量资源池,通过广告位动态优化、资源挖掘等方式实现流量变现效率提升,并搭建新的数据监控体系,追踪核心运营指标,输出数据驱动的优化方案 3.支持KA组重点游戏在产线的全生命周期运营 4.与产线对接,在版本迭代中嵌入商业化设计,确保内容与变现目标协同,提升游戏体验与运营效率 岗位要求: 1.两年以上游戏商业化运营经验,有平台运营经验优先 2.优秀的商业敏感度,擅长通过 A/B 测试持续优化运营策略 3.热爱游戏,有广告平台对接经验优先 4.通数据分析、有优秀的文案和PPT呈现能力 **Additional Locations** : * China - Beijing - 北京(Beijing) * China * China - Beijing * China - Beijing - 北京(Beijing)
