**Description and Requirements**
**岗位职责:**
+ 负责联想海外平板(Tablet)产品的整体商业化运营,包括制定和实施平板产品商业化策略,资源协调和整合,日常数据监控和优化,提升平板端业务收入和用户体验。
+ 深入理解业务需求与行业趋势,推动平板产品相关项目的落地执行,持续优化运营策略。
+ 协调产品、技术、商务等跨部门资源,推动海外平板产品的运营效果提升,确保内部沟通顺畅,高效推动项目进展。
+ 负责业务上下游的资金对账、差错处理及资金结算,确保资金管理的准确性和及时性。
+ 进行日常数据管理与监控,评估风险并提出预警,定期复盘分析运营情况,确保数据驱动决策支持。
**岗位要求:**
+ 本科及以上学历;英语能力出众,能够流利进行全球业务沟通,有海外学习或工作背景者优先。
+ 2年以上移动设备、消费电子或相关互联网产品的商业化运营经验,熟悉海外消费电子产品生态与海外商业化广告模式,有全球市场运营经验者优先。
+ 具备优秀的逻辑思维和数据分析能力,能够通过数据分析推动业务决策。
+ 能在挑战性环境中保持激情,注重细节,追求卓越。
