岗位职责：

1、参与自动化测试框架的搭建与维护工作，保障测试框架的稳定运行。

2、基于 Python、Nodejs 等语言编写自动化测试脚本，覆盖功能、接口、性能等多类型测试，提升测试效率与质量。

3、参与提升测试工具的易用性与稳定性，优化工具使用体验和运行效果。

4、参与搭建 IT 效能数据看板，实现测试覆盖率、缺陷密度等关键指标的可视化呈现，为决策提供数据支持。

岗位要求：

1、具备 Python、Nodejs 等编程语言的使用能力，能够独立编写自动化测试脚本。

2、了解自动化测试框架的搭建与维护原理，有相关实践经验者优先。

3、熟悉功能、接口、性能等多类型测试的流程和方法，能够针对性开展测试工作。

4、具备一定的数据可视化思维，了解 IT 效能关键指标的含义与应用场景。

5、拥有 AI 工具相关能力者优先考虑。
