Education

法学相关专业本科或以上学历

Bachelor or above in law related majors

Work Experience

5年以上法律合规工作经验，其中至少三年医疗行业合规审查的法务工作经验，持有法律职业资格证书优先考虑。

Minimum 5 years' experience in legal/compliance , including 3 years in medical compliance review; Legal Qualification Certificate preferred.

Specific Knowledge/Skills

精通合同法、广告法、反垄断法等法律法规，熟悉医疗行业相关的法律法规和政策、监管要求；

Highly skilled in Contract, Advertising, and Anti-Monopoly Laws; proficient in medical industry laws, regulations, policies, and stipulations.

具备较强的法律文书写作能力和法律逻辑思维、能灵活应对各种法律纠纷及法律风险；

Strong skills in legal drafting and logical thinking; adept at flexibly handling diverse legal disputes and risks.

具备较强的沟通能力和组织协调能力、工作积极主动、有执行力，有较强的工作责任心及良好的团队合作意识.

Excellent communication and coordination skills; proactive, responsible, and a strong team player with robust execution abilities.

良好的口头和书面英语能力。

Good oral and written English skills.

熟练使用excel,word.ppt等日常办公软件

Proficient in Excel, word, ppt and other office software.
