客户管理
与关键客户建立良好的信息沟通渠道, 探寻医疗卫生专业人士(HCP)观念、学术需求传递专业化医学/疾病/产品信息传递相应疾病领域的科学进展,促进医生制定规范治疗方案传递罗氏产品的关键信息,提高罗氏产品认知,并收集反馈递疾病领域诊断相关信息,助力生态圈内患者诊断率提升学科建设
了解医院现有疾病领域诊疗路径及专家诊疗观念及流程梳理相关治疗科室及诊疗流程上的痛点通过搭建头部医院交流或跨院培训、教育会议进行医生/科室教育逐步搭建规范化的诊疗平台计划管理
规划相应生态圈的学术推广计划,和协作同事协商达成最终方案,并进行实施。规范诊疗与疾病全程管理自我管理和团队协作能力与经验
具备相关疾病领域的基础知识, 良好学习能力业务敏锐度较高的沟通能力和高效的执行能力多产品资源整合能力正确的思维和行为 (使命驱动,合作共赢,成长性思维)1年以上医药行业工作经验,医学或药学相关本科及以上学历既往有销售/市场/医学经验跨职能工作经验为佳Who we areA healthier future drives us to innovate.
