成功的候选人需要具备：

要求大专学历以上；本科或拥有相同工作经验者（至少5年）优先考虑

有带领技术团队经验者优先考虑

有电梯行业经验者优先

具备会使用数字化工具去管理团队和产品的经验

出色的沟通技巧和领导能力，有能力组建高绩效团队和营造充满激情的工作氛围

熟练掌握并使用计算机办公软件、具备优秀的销售的思维和服务客户的意识
