· 与产品、设计、业务团队协作，将需求快速转化为MVP并持续优化；
· 制定技术方案和迭代计划，兼顾效果、性能和成本；
· 基于Azure/私有模型API，结合向量数据库与开源框架，落地RAG、Agent、函数调用等AI能力；
· 构建高可用推理服务、异步流水线、缓存与降本方案，保障系统稳定扩展；
· 编写测试及技术文档，沉淀最佳实践；
· 跟进并落地AI领域前沿技术，持续推动产品创新。
岗位要求/Job Requirements：
· 3年以上后端或全栈开发经验，熟练掌握Python/TypeScript/Go中的一种，了解微服务与云原生架构；
· 有完整AI应用0-1交付及独立产品上线经验；
· 具备长上下文、成本控制下的系统设计与优化能力；
· 沟通协作能力强，能高效推动跨团队项目落地。
加分项：
