岗位职责：

深入理解云计算相关方案及产品规划，协同内外部团队及上下游合作伙伴，完成方案的整体规划、梳理与设计工作。

参与售前技术支持，包括私有云整体规划方案的宣讲、客户技术交流与需求分析，以及解决方案的设计与文档撰写。

跟踪项目实施过程中的技术问题，确保项目顺利推进；高效衔接研发团队与客户之间的技术对接，快速响应客户的业务及技术需求。

负责IT方案知识库的构建及相关技术文档的整理与积累。

岗位要求：

具备云计算领域的技术背景，熟悉相关解决方案及产品规划流程。

拥有良好的沟通与协调能力，能够有效推动跨团队合作，完成方案设计与落地。

具备售前支持经验，能够独立完成技术宣讲、需求分析及解决方案撰写。

具备较强的学习能力与问题解决能力，能快速理解客户需求并推动技术实现。
