岗位职责
1. 负责xCloud智算产品的规划与生命周期管理，聚焦AI算力资源池、大模型推理平台、智能调度等关键能力建设；
2. 联合研发、解决方案团队，设计满足客户AI训练与推理需求的智算服务方案；
3. 跟踪AI芯片（GPU/Ascend/TPU等）和智算技术趋势，制定差异化产品路线图；
4. 与销售、生态、运营团队配合，推动产品上线、销售支持及客户PoC验证；
5. 建立与ISV、AI模型厂商的合作机制，丰富智算平台生态。
岗位要求
1. 计算机、电子工程、人工智能等相关专业本科及以上学历；
2. 8年以上云计算、AI平台或算力产品相关经验，有云服务或智算中心经验者优先；
3. 熟悉主流AI计算架构（如NVIDIA、华为昇腾、寒武纪、英特尔Habana等）；
4. 具备良好的产品规划能力与跨团队沟通协作能力，逻辑清晰，结果导向；
5. 中英文沟通表达能力良好，能够支撑国际化业务拓展。
加分项
1. 有容器/K8s平台、vLLM、模型调度平台或多租户GPU资源池经验者优先；
2. 了解混合云、分布式推理、模型压缩与部署优化等相关技术；
3. 具备产品文档撰写、用户调研与竞品分析能力。
Job Responsibilities
1. Lead the planning and lifecycle management of xCloud’s AI computing products, focusing on AI resource pooling, large model inference platforms, and intelligent scheduling.
2. Collaborate with R&D and solution teams to design AI computing services that meet customer needs in training and inference scenarios.
3. Monitor AI chip trends (e.g., GPU, Ascend, TPU) and intelligent computing technologies to develop a differentiated product roadmap.
4. Work with sales, ecosystem, and operations teams to drive product launch, sales enablement, and customer PoC validation.
5. Establish partnerships with ISVs and AI model vendors to enrich the intelligent computing ecosystem.
Job Requirements
Core Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, AI, or related fields.
2. 8+ years of experience in cloud computing, AI platforms, or computing infrastructure; experience in cloud services or AI computing centers is a plus.
3. Familiar with mainstream AI architectures such as NVIDIA, Huawei Ascend, Cambricon, or Intel Habana.
4. Strong skills in product planning and cross-functional communication, with clear logic and result-oriented mindset.
5. Proficient in both Chinese and English communication to support international business expansion.
**Bonus Points**
1. Experience with container/K8s platforms, vLLM, model orchestration, or multi-tenant GPU pooling is preferred.
2. Knowledge in hybrid cloud, distributed inference, model compression, and deployment optimization is a plus.
3. Ability to write product documentation, conduct user research, and perform competitive analysis.
